I expected a seamless transition, but when I fired up the aml to see if it did anything, but the aml said all the mods weren't installed. It isn't even crashing properly, so I don't know if there is a crash log. Obviously for XCOM 2 you select XCOM 2, it builds itself and finds all mods both from workshop or which you may have added manually or created yourself without uploading.
