Things can change, when I finally saw my OB he had me wait till my 10 week u/s to confirm the health and heart beats. Today I had my NT scan in which twin A is showing adequate growth and heartbeat of 158 but unfortunately twin B showed no cardiac activity and stopped growth at 8 weeks. Not only was there just one baby but she said she didn't see any evidence that there was even a 2nd sac.
